A Fire Detection & Alarm System is a core system in almost all commercial buildings and is crucial to maintaining the safety of people and property. Fire alarm panels are activated in different ways. They may consist of smoke detectors, heat detectors, flame detectors and manual call points. Upon the activation of an alarm, the system will activate and tones and sirens will commence, directing the occupants of a building to evacuate. Testing is important to ensure these systems work in accordance with their design specifications and minimise the chance of false alarms.

Frequency is Monthly, 6 monthly (special harzards only), 12 monthly & 5 yearly.
